One night non-refundable deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
Stays of 21 nights or longer will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
For the Christmas/New Year’s period, 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking, inclusive of tax.
Fees
All Reservations will be assessed a $150 reservation fee and $650 cleaning fee plus taxes.
A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. Remaining Balance
Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival.
Stays of 21 nights or longer balance will be charged automatically on card on file 60 days prior to arrival
For the Christmas/New Year's period balance will be automatically charged on credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
30 days or more notification prior to arrival, one-night deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 30 days notification prior to arrival. Full forfeiture of reservation value: No refunds.
Stays of 21 nights or more
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival: 50% deposit will be forfeited
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds.
